Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tribi you agree to these Terms.

1. What Tribi is

Tribi is a marketplace that connects clients with independent service providers (beauty, wellness, training, and similar). Tribi facilitates the booking — the service itself is provided by the provider, not by Tribi.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create a provider account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Tribi to:

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your services.
  • Spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
  • Circumvent the booking system (e.g., advertising contacts to redirect bookings off-platform — once a relationship is established off-platform, this is allowed; encouraging clients to bypass Tribi from the start is not).
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing content.
  • Probe or attack the platform.

4. Bookings and payments

  • A booking is a contract between client and provider. Tribi is not party to it.
  • Cancellation rules are set by each provider and shown before booking.
  • Payments at this time are settled directly between client and provider (cash, bank transfer, card on visit). Online payments may be added later — those will be governed by additional terms.

5. Reviews

  • Reviews must be honest, based on a real booking, and free of personal attacks.
  • Tribi may remove reviews that violate these rules.
  • Providers may reply to a review once.

6. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice if the violation is serious.

7. Liability

Tribi provides the platform "as is". We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by providers, or for disputes between users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Tribi in the preceding 12 months (currently zero, as Tribi is free during early access).

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are emailed to registered users at least 14 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Zagreb.
